Gift certificate for spa that closed?
My husband bought a day spa gift certificate for $ 400 for Mother's Day. I have been calling for the past couple of days to make an appointment and no one answers. I went to the location and they are closed- permanently. Did we lose this money or is there a way to either get the services or a refund?
i think your pretty much in the dirt on this one. If they have a website see if you they have a corporate number- that is if they are a corporation. They might have a contact on there, like an e-mail address of some sort that someone could still be answering inquiries. You might have lost the money though.
